At the V4 Summit in Bratislava, Polish PM Donald Tusk made it clear that Europe cannot compete with China or the United States while energy prices stay this high. He says we must put those dreams among the fairy tales. The European Union simply cannot afford to be naive for another day on this issue. An industrial strategy built on expensive electricity and excellent committees has real limitations.
