Ferry fire near Coron Palawan
A fire broke out on a passenger ferry in waters near Coron, Palawan, Philippines. At least five fatalities were confirmed and dozens remain missing. Forty-three people were rescued from the vessel while the total number of souls on board was 134, comprising 117 passengers and 17 crew members. The incident took place in the western province of Palawan
