Jungkook Real Love speech LA concert
by Florian Quintero: Jung Kook
Jungkook really turned a Christmas movie confession into his own love letter at that LA concert, huh? The Russian text on the video even pointed out how he adapted a line from "Real Love" for his final speech. That film is such a gem, it follows nine different lives in London that all end up crossing paths. There's a prime minister falling for someone who works for him, a writer catching feelings for a maid, a rock star getting close to her manager, and a kid experiencing that first crush. But the story that sticks with everyone is Mark, played by Andrew Lincoln, who's hopelessly in love with his best friend's wife. He doesn't say a word, he just shows up with cardboard signs and lets the silence do the talking before Christmas. His message goes like this: "But now let me say it, without hope and without ulterior motive, just because it is Christmas, and on Christmas people tell the truth, for me you are perfect." That scene became iconic, and that line basically defines the whole movie. What the film really gets across is that love doesn't need to be returned to be real. It shows up in all these funny, sad, awkward moments, and it's still genuine no matter what. Our sweet romantic Gukkie really knows how to make a moment feel special ❤️🔥

So let me say, without hope or agenda, just because it's the last show. And I want to tell you the truth. My wasted heart will love you.
