A tail section from an Airbus A340 that had been repurposed as a science and aviation center crashed down onto a fire truck while crews worked to put out the blaze in Çayırova, Kocaeli, Turkey. The aircraft was already consumed by flames that raced through the fuselage before the heavy component separated during the firefighting operations.
