This might be one of the most overpowered mutant ever. Darwin, whose real name is Armando Munoz, has the ability of reactive evolution, which means his body automatically changes to keep him alive no matter what danger he faces. If someone fires a bullet at him, his skin becomes bulletproof before it can hit. If he's thrown into space, his body instantly evolves so he can survive without oxygen. Depending on the situation, he can even camouflage himself or develop entirely new powers if that's what it takes to stay alive. His adaptations are so extreme that being set on fire once felt like nothing more than a warm breeze. And after evolving for so long, his body reached the point where it barely even needed sleep anymore. But his most unbelievable feat happened when Hela used her touch of death on him. Instead of dying, Darwin's mutation adapted in the most ridiculous way possible, by transforming him into a god of death, making him immune to the attack that should have killed him instantly. Even with abilities this overpowered, his mutation still has one unusual limitation. When Darwin came face to face with World War Hulk, his body determined there was absolutely no way to survive by fighting. So instead of evolving to defeat Hulk, it chose the safest option, and instantly teleported him far away from the battle, proving that his mutation doesn't care about winning, it only cares about keeping him alive.
