Hello, this is Wes Anderson here in the Criterion Closet mobile closet here at the Hollywood Bowl. I, as it happens, have my own Criterion Closet at home. It contains all of these films, except for the one I didn't get the other day. But I am going to be traveling for some days, and I don't have my own, I don't have a mobile Criterion Closet. Mine is at home. So I am going to take a few things with me anyway. I'm now going to choose the films for our road trip across America. I'm picking films that I think the whole family will enjoy. I'm going to do The 39 Steps, Alfred Hitchcock. We know this movie. It's a reliable standby classic. It's going to play. This one, my daughter loves this movie. This is one of my favorite movies ever made. Michael Powell, Emmerich Pressburger, two of my favorite filmmakers of all time. Lubitsch, Heaven Can Wait, also Lubitsch, Designed for Living. You know, I didn't pull The Lady Eve. Where is The Lady Eve? I just thought maybe I should have pulled that one. You guys know exactly where everything is That laser pointer took me right to The Lady Eve Henry Fonda probably was his present surgeon Barbara Stanwyck one of the greatest actresses in the history of the cinema as everybody knows Stage coach John Ford Tootsie. We know how good this cast is, but remember Bill Murray is in there, and he's great. I'm gonna take Flo. Everybody in the family has seen this one, but it's a crowd pleaser. They'll watch it again. They'll thank me for bringing it. Okay, this is a good one to end on. This is one of the best of Satyajit Ray's films, maybe the best of Satyajit Ray's films. I stole many things from my own movies for Ray, and this one, this woman, Charulata, they translate it as the lonely wife. She spends much of her time looking out from the rooms in her house with binoculars. And for my film, Moonrise Kingdom, which is out here somewhere, we've got a lot of binocular shots only because of Satyajit Ray, one of my favorite great masters of cinema. And in fact, here at the Hollywood Bowl, they were playing some music that he wrote. That's my stack. How many did I get? Perfect. Thank you very much.
