Iran gets some supplies from Russia, but if we shut down the Iranian airlines, which we will, then much less coming in. They don't really get direct financial support from Russia. The U.S. shares more common ground with China regarding Iran than points of disagreement. This explanation seems to address exceptions in Operation Economic Outcast rather than a blanket policy against two powerhouse nations.

Are there larger players, though? I mean, are we talking about China? Are we talking about Russia as part of the equation in trying to bleed out this regime? Do you have to go after two powerhouse nations? Well, again, you know, Russia, they get some supplies from Russia, But if we shut down the Iranian airlines, which we will, then much less coming in. They don't really get direct financial support from Russia. And in terms of China, Rob, we have more in common with China on Iran than we disagree on.
