Sayran Reservoir dog rescue sculpture

A sculpture now marks the spot where, back in 2016, a dog ended up stuck in the Sayran Reservoir and couldn't get out. A young man jumped in to help, and then others linked arms to pull both of them to safety. Ten years later, that human chain gets remembered with this tribute. 🥺
