Wednesday's flood wasn't a normal monsoon afternoon but a glacier separating at the Tibet border. The tunnel environment remains hazardous for those still inside, yet two individuals finally exited after spending two days underground caked in sludge. Rescuers had to navigate through the mud that sealed the exit while the army arrived in Rasuwa to reach the trapped men before transporting them to a helicopter. Hundreds of people had already been evacuated from the project but approximately 100 may remain inside where conditions are still dangerous. Writer: Lucas
