Soldiers deserve respect not disdain

Taxpayers earn the right to question government actions, but that privilege does not extend to disrespecting the soldiers who protect the nation. A soldier’s pay is not a personal favor granted by citizens. It is compensation for duty, sacrifice, discipline, and the courage to risk their lives.
