MRI scan brain neuroplasticity

    by Rose 🎞️: Science

Repeating a lie often enough might make the brain treat it as true. Neuroscience points out the mind reacts to repeated rehearsal just as much as objective truth. Through neuroplasticity, recurring thoughts fortify neural pathways while predictive processing causes the brain to filter reality based on expectations. A notion starting as not yet true can grow familiar to the nervous system over time. Once familiarity sets in, the brain begins viewing it as more available, possible, and eventually real.
