Poli Boriçi testified “I attacked him to take revenge for my brother” regarding the failed assassination attempt against Ermir Kertezi in Elbasan, Albania. The 50 year old man walked up and pulled a gun to the head of his target, but the gun jammed. Did he not follow proper gun maintenance? Just curious. #Albania
