A Spanish woman in Ceuta says the laws apply only to 'Spaniards, ordinary good folk' but 'when an invader comes, they can do what they want.' She reports that fires are made on the beach and notes these have caused some fires in the mountains. The statement was made during a street interview where the woman wore sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat.

Aquí lo que pasa es que las leyes son para unos sí y otros no. Para nosotros, los españoles y los ciudadanos de a pie y gente de bien, las leyes las tenemos que cumplir a rajatabla. Pero cuando viene un invasor, aquí no hay ley que se respete. Aquí se hacen hogueras que ya han provocado, por cierto, algún incendio también, y mi temor es el tema también de los incendios, porque están por los montes. No sé, es que es una situación muy difícil de entender.
