Coming in from the National Mall, U.S. Park Police are blocking off the World War II Memorial right now because it looks like this. Vandals spray painted it and apparently put some kind of solution in the water fountains there. Our cameras actually got there before Park Police did, so we can actually show you the graffiti here that appears to include the words clean hands, dirty money. Before police cordoned off the area, we also saw several people that were playing with the bubbles that seemed to be coming out of the fountains. PARK POLICE HAVE NOW CLEARED THAT AREA. NEWS FORCE JOSEPH BOLMO JUST GOT TO THAT SCENE. HE'S GOING TO SEE WHAT MORE HE CAN FIND OUT.
