A federal court just dismissed as moot the challenge to President Trump's power to deport undocumented immigrants under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act. Fifth Circuit filing says it's a win for Trump. He's saying 25 million people came through the southern border, including from jails, drug dealers, and mental institutions, and they're being removed very fast
