Pete Hegseth on Iran blockade
by Flint: Pete Hegseth
SecWar Pete Hegseth says Iran believes it can outlast Donald Trump, but he insists there is no beating or outwaiting the president for the regime. Hegseth declared that the US Navy can hold a blockade indefinitely by rotating ships, maintaining the pressure as long as needed. He claimed no other nation or navy on earth can create a wall of steel like the US Navy, nor do they have the willingness to use that power. According to Hegseth, Iran knows it cannot get in and out under this blockade and understands there is no timeline attached to it.

Hold it as long as we need to. Indefinitely, the United States Navy can maintain a blockade like that. Cuz we'll rotate ships in and out as we have and we'll continue to. And it's no other nation on Earth, no other Navy on Earth has the capability to have a wall of steel like the US Navy. And then the willingness to use it as we have. So Iran knows it can't get in and out on this blockade. And they know that there's no timeline on it either. We'll hold it as long as we need to.
