Charlotte road rage attack on visitor
A visitor to Charlotte, North Carolina says a road rage attack left her car badly dented and her too frightened to stay for a concert she had tickets to. Elizabeth Rodriguez was rear-ended, then the other driver pulled in front, blocked the road, got out, and kicked and beat her car before fleeing. She described the attacker as a Black woman and said she had only come to visit. The next day's concert in Charlotte was abandoned because she was too scared to return.
