YOUNG GUNS turns 38 today. The climactic shootout has a blink-and-you'll-miss-it soldier: Tom Cruise, disguised with a fake mustache and sideburns. He was just on set visiting Emilio Estevez, but the director saw an opportunity and turned that visit into a surprise cameo.
