A viewer told xQc to spin a fake story about growing up poor, and he answered by laying out what his upbringing actually looked like. He made it clear his family wasn't poor, but they didn't have much either. Lunch was pasta with flat red sauce almost daily. When he was born, his dad had money and they owned a nice house in Quebec. That only lasted six months before his parents divorced. Afterward they ended up in a lower-middle-class neighborhood, and his father was jobless for a long stretch.
