Vikkstar on Sidemen after KSI
Vikkstar got real about the Sidemen’s future after KSI’s exit. The six of them have already agreed they’re pushing forward with the content, and the team they built to make it happen isn’t going anywhere. They’re still dropping videos and having a blast as a six. He circled back to an old conversation they used to have: if one person leaves, does everyone else follow, does that just shut the whole thing down? That question turned into a real moment with no playbook. There was no off-ramp because they never built one, and honestly, there was never even an on-ramp to the Sidemen. But on the operations side, it’s pretty much business as usual, which is exactly what they wanted. #KSI

The six of us have said that we want to carry on making the content and we have the same team that we've built to help us deliver the content. So we are continuing making content and having a great time as the six of us, which is amazing because we did always say at one point, we said, if one of us leaves do then others leave, does that end the sidemen? That was a complete unknown that arrived on our doorstep and there is no roadmap. There was no, there is no off ramp. We never built an an off ramp. There was no on ramp to the side man, so to speak. So yeah, fortunately, yeah, operationally, the side man is much the same, which is, which is what we wanted.
