A TV anime called Red Riding Hood: A Detective Story is coming in 2027 from Benten Film. It's a murder mystery where Red Riding Hood solves cases built around classic fairytales. The teaser visual shows her from behind in a red hood, blonde hair with pink ribbons, standing in warm light. For a different take, there's also the Netflix live-action film Once Upon a Crime.
