Kota Johnson does a really, really charming back and forth with you. And my guess is that you had to decide between making the song better because that part is awesome and is super memorable. And the fact that it's going to lead to questions and eventually to probably a public admitting that the relationship is there, which you did. I'm just guessing that as a person, you didn't really want that on there because you'd have to make this admission. But as an artist, you're like, fuck it, it makes the song better. I think that you just said it perfectly. I mean, I had that idea and I had my vocal kind of sitting alone in that bridge. We had a list of ideas for people. Mason kept bringing up, you know, why doesn't Dakota do it? And I was always like, well, I think keeping those things separate is probably good. And one day he convinced her and I was just like, yeah, let's try it. And it was amazing. Her voice was perfect on it.
