The nun struggles in pain, then she takes off her clothes, revealing her stomach starting to change. In just a few seconds, her belly swells up at an insane speed. That's when the mother superiors rush in my car, and the nun completely passes out. When Nina wakes up again, her hands and feet are tied down to the bed. Right after that a needle full of anesthesia gets injected into her stomach, Nina starts losing consciousness. Then a nurse cuts her open, and two babies are born safely, a girl and a boy Seeing the new gods born, the believers instantly fall into a frenzy The story actually starts a few days earlier Nina gets invited by the archbishop to study in Rome And this convent sits in a remote mountain area It's not just where the nuns live, it also takes in some kids So it works as both a convent and an orphanage What confuses Nina, is that all the other kids live together But one girl named Mary, lives alone in her own room Looking at her, she seems scared all the time This leaves Nina really puzzled But that same night, Nina hears strange noises coming from next door, so she goes to check it out. What she sees leaves her frozen. Mary is lying on the bed, her whole body convulsing. Before Nina can figure out what's going on, someone suddenly appears behind her. It turns out to be Nina's roommate. The roommate gets taken away by the others, but Nina suspicion only grows The next day while Nina is praying in the square a strange man suddenly shows up He tells Nina that the little girl Mary is about to be in danger and he wants Nina to save her Hearing this Nina can bring herself to believe it so the man leaves her his address and tells her, to come find him once she witnesses something bizarre herself. Nina still isn't sure what to think, but she can't stop worrying about Mary's safety, and when she gets back to the convent, the strange events actually start happening. First it's her roommate, who seemed completely normal the night before, but suddenly gives birth to a baby, her face twisted in agony. On top of that, a nun claims it's all to save Mary, then runs up to the second floor and sets herself on fire. One horrifying event after another, makes Nina realize, this place must be hiding some kind of secret, so she decides to go find the man she met earlier that day. The man tells Nina, that he used to work at this convent, but because he discovered a secret the church was hiding, he eventually got kicked out. He says the convent has now split into two factions, one believes in goodness and salvation, the other believes only the power of demons, can draw in more followers, so they've been secretly running experiments, trying to combine humans with beasts, to create a new kind of demon life, these experiments failed over and over, but they finally succeeded in creating a girl, and that girl is Mary living inside the convent, hearing all this, Nina finds it hard to believe, but on her way back to the convent, she spots the man she met at the tavern earlier, Nina rushes after him, since he's been living there this whole time, he might know the convent's secret, but what Nina doesn't expect, is that the moment he sees her, his face fills with fear, and he immediately tries to run away, Thank you.
