So what’s the deal with this big stretch of foamy water? looks super bubbly out there, with a tall cylinder thing way in the back and a power line tower too. whole scene’s got that industrial vibe but the sun’s hitting just right under a clear blue sky. kinda curious what’s going on here 🤨
