A routine traffic stop on Highway 114 turned into a life-or-death rescue for Texas Corporal Joshua Swisher. Dispatch alerted him to a nearby vehicle fire, and he sprinted toward a burning Nissan Altima. Using just his bare hands, he smashed the window and pulled the driver out. Moments later the car exploded, close enough to singe the hair on his arm.
