Rasmr says Frankdegod is locked in nonstop. When he exits a token it's because he spotted something off, maybe a team member tweeted and the vibe was wrong, or a buyer he doesn't like showed up as a signal. He's always tuned in. The only exception was when they caught Spider-Man; Frank put his phone away for the whole film.

Frank is really locked in 24-7. He is. And so if he's in a token, this is something people don't realize. If he's in a token and he sells it, it's usually because he saw something that he didn't like. Maybe he just received some new information from a team member tweeting something and he didn't like the vibe. Or maybe he saw that someone bought that he doesn't like as a signal and he sells.
