JESSE, HE GOT OVER A MILLION BUCKS IN CASH PRIZES IN THE SPAN OF LIKE TWO YEARS. HE'S THE HIGHEST PAID FEDERAL EMPLOYEE EVER. HIS PENSION IS WORTH HALF A MILLION A YEAR.
