The Clippers are stuck in limbo on any Peyton Watson sign-and-trade because the Kawhi Leonard investigation has their cap situation frozen. Brett Siegel laid it out on Clutch Scoops: LA has been one of the main teams in the mix for Watson, but they can’t do a thing until they find out if Leonard’s contract could get voided or if he’s still on the roster.
