Prices are going to come back down and the job opportunities in the private sector are very, very strong. What are you seeing in the private sector that's giving you that confidence? I mean, are we seeing that manufacturing? But you mentioned it before. Are we seeing this direct investment in building factories and building jobs? Yeah, so the best in 15 years. Wow.
