It happened about 90 minutes after he was released on bond for a different offense and police say he got in an argument with two people in Charlotte last week, lay in wait for them and shot them. And apparently he's out for 84 minutes and is accused of committing murder. What is up with these policies, Bill? Certainly, Bill, one for the infamous record book.
