Boston Dynamics Sand Flea DARPA demo
by Terrymiller: Boston Dynamics
Boston Dynamics showed off Sand Flea back around 2012 in a DARPA demo. This little 11-pound shoebox-sized bot was built for military work, and it uses CO2-powered pistons to leap over 30 feet, up to 25 jumps across rough ground. That's a serious mobility play.
