Britain millionaire count lowest since 2008

Britain's millionaire count just hit its lowest point since the 2008 financial crisis. New Adam Smith Institute data shows the number dropped to 442,000, a 7% fall in one year. The rich left after getting taxed, and the middle class ends up footing the bill.
