Brett Siegel on Sixers adding KCP and more
Brett Siegel of Clutch Scoops thinks the Sixers' pitch is getting stronger. KCP already came over in the buyout market, and he expects more veterans to follow once the trade deadline passes. The logic: who wouldn't want to run with Jaylen Brown and LeBron James in Philly?

They added a guy in the buyout market already in KCP. He got bought out of his contract from the Memphis Grizzlies, took a minimum to join the 76ers, and I don't think he's going to be the only guy to do that. Maybe this offseason, but when we flash forward to pass the trade deadline, guys that aren't dealt and wind up hitting the buyout market, the 76ers are going to be able to add one of them. And when these guys are looking at this team with Jalen Brown, LeBron James, and figuring out where they are in the standings by midseason, there's going to be countless players that are going to want to join this team. So as of right now, this is going to be their roster entering opening night and entering training camp, but four, five, six months from now, they may have another one or two guys that we're scratching our heads wondering, how did they get this guy on a minimum contract?
