Chaos is erupting near Spain's Melilla enclave where cars are reportedly being set ablaze by Moroccan migrants along the border. This unrest follows a massive surge at Ceuta, another of Spain's African enclaves, where over 1,500 people breached the barrier in one day, prompting local officials to declare a migratory emergency. Historically, pressure at one of these borders has quickly impacted the other.
