Illinois in-state tuition ruled unconstitutional

    A federal judge ruled that Illinois laws granting in-state tuition and scholarships to illegal immigrants are unconstitutional and invalid. The judge found the state was treating non-citizens better than American citizens. Governor Pritzker was using taxpayer money to fund benefits for illegal immigrants while US students were excluded. The Trump DOJ put a stop to it. Big win.
