People detained, being killed in detention centers. We are not the immigrants. We are the indigenous people of the land. And it's time that we recognize that. And this print on my face is from missing murdered indigenous people. When you recognize people that are called immigrants as actual indigenous people, this symbolizes when they're killed, when they go missing, when their stories get lost and their voices are silenced. Remember that a lot of people have suffered due to colonization. This war started almost 500 years ago. This is our tierra. This is our homeland. From South America, Central America, North America, Canada, we are the original native, indigenous people of the land. And it's important that we recognize our true identity because we are not immigrants. We are indigenous people and we have a responsibility to the earth, to the land, to the people. And we need to recognize our power and who we are because that's the only way we're going to save this planet and humanity.
