Kendrick Perkins says he turned $250,000 into $2,000,000 by investing in Miami nightclub E11EVEN. He called it "probably the best investment that I ever made," adding that he invested $250,000 into real estate back in 2011, right after the collapse. He invested with a group in Miami, putting money into Club E11EVEN and everything around it. He was bought out three years ago, and that $250,000 turned into about $2,000,000.

So the best investment that I ever made was I actually invested into a lot of real estate, which was $250,000 back in like 2011. Right after the collapse. Right after you won that ring. 250,000 I invested with a group down in Miami I don't know if you familiar with Club 11 but it's a big of course so Club 11 and all around that area I actually invested in that and to help build that up and everything that's around it and actually in Club 11 yeah I was a quiet owner Oh yeah. Yup. And, and I got bought out three years ago. That two 50 bought me out like two million. Yeah. I was about to say that was a lick. Yeah. And I had to wait. That's fun too. This, this financial can get boring sometimes. That's cool. That's cool as fuck.
