    The State Department on Monday warns about the left-wing activists with deep ties to Cuba planning what they call nationwide actions against U.S. bases and ICE facilities. The warning came the same day that authorities arrested the Army veteran for allegedly targeting ICE, lighting a fire, and setting up fireworks outside of Manhattan Federal Building. Police later finding multiple axes, knives, and machetes, and what appeared to be two pellet guns along with a manifesto.
