A little story on what's going on here. My wife looked at this wall for months before she finally said, I think it needs a bigger window. She said it like windows are something you pick up on the way home and just plug and play. When I looked at the wall, I thought, looks like a wall. She looked at it and saw more light, a better view, and somehow a completely different room. So I spent the weekend cutting a brand new hole in a perfectly good house. But you know what's frustrating? She's usually right. I've learned that living with someone who has vision means you'll spend a lot of weekends building things you never would have thought to build yourself But every once in a while you finish one of those projects step back and realize they didn't just change the room They changed the way you see it Turns out sometimes the best views don't come from seeing things your way They come from being willing to build someone else's But boom guys That hit the spot
