The Southern Poverty Law Center, an NGO that has been indicted for fraud, is now at the center of a new controversy. Documents and materials from the SPLC have reportedly been found at 100 colleges across the United States, where they are being used as teaching resources. Additionally, the FBI has allegedly caught the organization paying neo-Nazis to inflate hate crime statistics in order to boost donations. #FoxNews

Southern Poverty Law Center is trying to infiltrate America's schools. Now, as you'll remember, the SPLC was the non-profit indicted by the DOJ for allegedly using millions of dollars in donations intended to dismantle extremist groups, only to use that money to secretly fund those very same hate groups. Well, a new report by Defending Education, ironically, a group the SPLC called extremist, says SPLC materials are being taught in college courses attended by future K-12 teachers. Its material, according to the report, was seen in coursework, classroom activities and assignments, and degree program handbooks and educational resources in over 100 colleges. Meanwhile, students in American schools are still struggling badly. And a new report out of New York City confirms that 43% of students in the city's public schools, that's roughly 400,000 students, are reportedly attending schools where the majority of students are failing math or English or both.
