Israel recently obtained fresh intelligence indicating that Iran is plotting to assassinate President Trump, and they passed the information to the United States, according to the Wall Street Journal. Trump himself acknowledged the threat, saying, "I'm number one on their list!" during his flight back from Turkey aboard Air Force One. The development is hardly shocking given the long-standing tensions between the two nations.
