In a recent interview, Ice Cube opened up about writing 'Straight Outta Compton' and feeling like he was cheated out of the money he earned. He also discussed writing 'Friday' in 1994, shooting it in 1995, and being fans of Hollywood Shuffle and comedies about the Black experience. 'We heard he had done that movie off credit card,' Cube said, referring to the filmmaker. 'Me and Poo start writing it, it starts', the clip cuts off there.
