This tree might not look special, but the wood inside can be worth more than gold. It's an incredibly rare material known as chicken blood vine, and finding it isn't easy. It only grows in remote forests deep in China. People spend days searching for it, all because of what they might find hidden inside. When the trunk is cut open, strange twisting patterns appear throughout the wood. But that's not what collectors care about most. They want the deep red sap. A sap so dark and vivid, it looks almost like blood. And the darker the red color is, the more valuable the wood becomes. Some pieces can sell for more than $700. All from a single section hidden inside the tree.
