33 year old Michael Bond in Schuylkill County yesterday. Video shows officers wheeling him out of the state police barracks in the borough of Frackville. Authorities say Bond crashed a tractor trailer he was driving into trooper Michael Bejara yesterday morning in Cass Township. Bejara was inspecting a different tractor trailer along I-81 at the time. Bond faces several charges including homicide by vehicle and is being held on $700,000 bail.
