You were offered the role of Gandalf in the Lord of the Rings series. I don't know why I turned it down. I mean, I thought maybe three or four years in New Zealand, I thought there are other countries I'd also like to visit before I croak. It's a big commitment to go, but still, it's such a great part. Oh, it was a marvelous part, and I loved The Lord of the Rings. I grew up on it, actually. It's a great, great, great book, and it became a great film. And then Ian played it, Ian McKellen, who was absolutely marvelous in it. And he couldn't have been warmer, which I might not have brought to it. I might have been a little cold and imperious. He was warm and... I hate the son of a bitch. Spoken like a true actor. That guy, yeah. What vermin we are. Oh yeah. Hey, comics are worse, let me tell you. So, have you ever thought about, clearly not, but have you ever thought about retiring? I mean, there's no reason to. Are you threatening me? You're through, buddy.
