The walls of this boarding house were stuffed with specimens just like that. That night, Jenny checked into the boarding house. The old couple immediately welcomed her inside with fake warmth. Just as Jenny was putting down her luggage, she vaguely heard a strange sound. She carefully walked over to check, but the sound had strangely disappeared. Suddenly, a cockroach crawled out of the wall, startling her. In the middle of the night, a sudden knock at the door jolted Jenny awake. Before she could even react, a dark figure flashed past. She instantly tried to run, but realized she could not move at all. The landlady walked in and gave her some kind of unknown drug. The landlord even took out a ruler and carefully measured her height. The next day, Jenny thought it had all just been a nightmare, and she quickly put it out of her mind. When she walked out of her room and saw how loving the homeowners were with each other, she gradually started to relax too. But that night, she once again heard a strange sound coming from inside the wall. She tore off the wallpaper and found a dark hidden compartment behind it. It was so dark inside that she could barely see anything, so she pulled out a flashlight and shined it in. What she saw instantly shocked her. The moment the old woman heard the noise, she rushed in. Jenny attacked her from behind. Hearing the commotion, the old man came charging over. Terrified, Jenny immediately jumped up and ran for her life. But that was when she realized all the doors and windows in the house had been sealed shut. Just when she had nowhere left to run, she finally found a hidden door and slipped inside without hesitation.
