A developer was so annoyed watching his Claude agent churn out 500 lines of code for what should have been a 5-line fix that he created a solution. He named the tool Ponytail, inspired by the archetypal senior engineer every team has , long ponytail, oval glasses, and tenure longer than the version control system itself.
