I keep hitting the Claude usage limit every day, and it always resets at 7pm. I was about to drop $200 on Max, but then I found an 18-minute video that claims 98.5% of tokens are wasted. The argument is that you're not paying for answers,you're paying for Claude to re-read your entire codebase 30 times. Here's the video:
