Japan has a disturbing phenomenon known as 'Bumping Men' (ぶつかり男), where these creeps intentionally shoulder-check women and smaller foreigners in public spaces. After the collision, they blame the victim with excuses like 'You were walking too slow' or 'Why'd you stop there?' as if it were the victim's fault.
