A massive fire engulfed the Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach hotel in Bayahibe, Dominican Republic, on Friday, forcing the resort to evacuate nearly 1,700 guests. Wyndham Hotels stated in a release that one guest had died and that the hotel will remain closed.
